Winter Storm Draco: American Airlines and Delta Cancel Flights at Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids
Delta and American Airlines are canceling flights at the Eastern Iowa Airport until mid-afternoon on Thursday due to weather conditions from Winter Storm Draco.

American and Delta plan to suspend operations at The Eastern Iowa Airport on Thursday, December 20th until mid-afternoon. The airlines will continue to monitor the situation and warn that the bad weather will likely cause more delays and cancellations throughout our region. Passengers are encouraged to contact their respective airline for up-to-date information.

KGAN-TV had some additional information:
By 5 pm the airport gave word that all flights scheduled for Thursday morning had been cancelled. That was fast extended into Thursday afternoon as departures and arrivals for Wednesday night also switched from on-time to cancelled.
