Driving Without a License and Public Intoxication: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion police. It does not represent a conviction.
June 21:
Maria Sandoval Cervantes, 27, female, of Hiawatha, arrested at 9:43 p.m. at First Avenue Northeast and Collins Road Northeast, charged with driving without license and improper brake light.
June 22:
Kelly Colleen Love, 44, female, of 925-C 10th St., arrested at 12:17 a.m. at the same location on a warrant.
Austin Lockwood, 18, male, of 5405 Saturn Ave., arrested at 3:03 a.m. at 340 Marion Blvd., charged with possession of a controlled substance and consumption in public/intoxication.
Billy Joe Evans, 39, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 11:11 a.m. at Second Street and Seventh Avenue, charged with driving while license under suspension, no insurance and failure to use safety belts.
Andre Eugene Davis, 28, male, of 4861-1 Tama St., arrested at 4:29 p.m. at Marion Boulevard and Tama Street, charged with driving while license under suspension and no insurance, not accident-related.
