Jan. 25:

Jamie Denise Glade, 26, female, of Coggon, arrested at 1:49 a.m. at the 900 block of Blairs Ferry Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 26:

Kylie Melinda Ryan, 23, female, of 2921-7 Ninth St., arrested at 12:10 a.m. at the 2400 block of 10th Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree and excessive speed (auto).

Robby Daniel Folkers, 20, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 4:32 p.m. at the 3400 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Allen Keller, 38, male, of Robins, arrested at 4:43 p.m. at Highway 100 and Munier Road, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 27:

David Gene Lewis II, 47, male, of 2330-37 Seventh Ave., arrested at 11:50 p.m. at 3600 Highway 151, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and a warrant arrest.
