Allison Nichole Mills, 21, female, of 4599 Surrey Court, arrested at 4:17 a.m. at Seventh Avenue and 10th Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Jacob William Robertson, 21, male, of 530-31 Bentley Drive, arrested at 11:40 p.m. at the 200 block of Blairsferry Road, charged with driving with license suspended.

Selina Marie Brown, 47, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3:43 p.m. of 200 Menard Lane, charged with theft.
