Feb. 22:

Jaclyn Marie Moorman, 20, female, of 6342 Cope Drive, arrested at 3:50 p.m. at First Avenue N.E. and Collins Road N.E., charged with serious domestic assault with injury.

Feb. 23:

Robert Lee McKiernan, 44, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 2:04 a.m. at the 1400 block of Highway 100, charged with drug possession ephedrine product.

Amanda Lee Springer, 27, female, of Iowa City, arrested at 2:06 p.m. at Highway 100 and Menard Lane, charged with driving while license under suspension.

Robert Arthur Cole, 54, male, of 2 Ash Drive, arrested at 5:37 p.m. at 377 Ben-Dov Drive, charged with third-degree operating while intoxicated/drugged, driving while license revoked and no insurance not accident related.

Bryan Dwayne Parcel, 29, male, of 33 Ash Drive, arrested at 8:10 p.m. at the 3400 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with driving while license under suspension and no insurance.

Feb. 24:

Brian Donald Wagner, 29, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 2:36 a.m. at the 900 block of Blairs Ferry Road, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated/drugged and excessive speed (auto).

Keenan James Morgan, 32, male, of Olin, arrested at 11:45 a.m. at 35th Street and Seventh Avenue, charged with driving while license under suspension and failure to yield on a left turn.
