Drunk Driving and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Charges: Marion Police Blotter

Feb. 6:

Sara Tess Carroll, 28, female, of 1340 Parkview Drive, arrested at 4:58 p.m. at the 1500 block of First Avenue, charged with driving while license suspended.

Andrew Michael Garrett, 25, male, of 1770 Winding Creek Road, arrested at 9:15 p.m. at the 2100 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with driving with license suspended, no insurance and operating without registration.

Feb. 7:

Scott Allen High, 37, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 1:07 p.m. at 3600 Highway 151 on a warrant.

Feb. 8:

Maureen Bea Usher, 22, female, of 1945 31st St., arrested at 1:48 a.m. at 10th Street and Eighth Avenue, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second-degree, driving while license suspended and failure to use headlamps when required.

Trevor Michael Young, 19, male, of 4020 Grand Ave., arrested at 3:14 p.m. at Highway 100 and Menard Lane, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating without registration.
