Drunk Driving and Public Intoxication: Marion Police Blotter

May 29:
Daniel James Friederich, 35, male, of 561 Ninth Ave., arrested at 11 a.m. at 1240 Eighth Ave., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Danielle Kay Bunting, 23, female, of 1240-3 S. 12th St., arrested at 11:57 a.m. at 10th Street and Seventh Avenue, charged with driving while barred-habitual offender, operating without registration and no insurance not accident-related.
Matthew Dany Kirby, 28, male, of Toddville, arrested at 4:10 p.m. at First Street and Marion Boulevard, charged with driving while license under suspension.
Brett Edward Miller, 34, male, of 1080 W. Ninth Ave., arrested at 6:06 p.m. at 10th Avenue and 24th Street, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Sarah Elizabeth Harding, 41, female, of 900-4 Magnolia Lane, arrested at 8:52 p.m. at 755 Seventh Ave., charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged and leaving the scene of an accident.
