May 23:
Tyler Jeffery Stoll, 18, male, of 1320 14th Street, arrested at 9:57 p.m. at 10th Street and 29th Avenue, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Melissa Renee Haney, 35, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 11:53 p.m. at Blairs Ferry Road and North Park Place, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged, driving without license, no insurance, failure to maintain control and improper use of lanes.
May 24:
Monica Sue Wilcke, 46, female, of 1759 Galway Drive, arrested at 9:44 a.m. at Apache Drive and Hennessey Parkway, charged with driving while barred - habitual offender, failure to obey control device and no insurance not accident related.
Natasha Clarice Finn, 34, female, of 3150-1 Ninth Street, arrested at 11:17 p.m. at the 2100 block of 10th Street, charged with driving while license under suspension, failure to carry registration card, excessive speed (auto) and no insurance not accident related.
Jacob Lee Blauer, 21, male, of 1960 First Ave., arrested at 3:30 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with fourth-degree theft.
