Feb. 19:

David Stanley Larsen, 29, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 5:20 p.m. at Keyes Court and Marion Boulevard on a warrant, charged with failure to use safety belts.

Feb. 20:

Glen Allen Brown, 38, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 4:39 p.m. at the 1100 block of 31st Street, charged with driving while license suspended and excessive speed (auto).

Larell Young, 28, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 8:27 p.m. at the 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving with license suspended, no insurance and failure to use headlamps when required.

April Ursula Adams, 20, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 8:27 p.m. at the 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 21:

Deanjelo Devone Louis Dean, 20, male, of 2095-8 Fifth Ave., arrested at 8:30 a.m. at 998 Eighth Ave., charged with obstructing an emergency phone call and possession of a controlled substance.
