Excessive Speed, Open Container and Theft Charges: Marion Police Blotter

Feb. 11:
Crystal Michelle Risden, 34, female, arrested at 2:23 a.m. at Highway 13 and Linn Aire Avenue, charged with interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container - passenger.
Mitchell Eugene Mills, 18, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 6:31 a.m. at Highway 13 and Linn Aire Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance and excessive speed (auto).

Casey Ryan Waddell, 35, male, of 901 S. 11th St. #13, arrested at 9:53 a.m. at 2780 Seventh Avenue, charged with third-degree theft.
David Albert Jackson, 55, male, of 1430 Marion Airport Road, arrested at 3:16 p.m. at the 3400 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with driving while license revoked and failure to use safety belts.
