Well it's time to take a look back at the week that was on Marion Patch, and with the New Year starting halfway through it was a strange week indeed. For the record, for those who are still confused, today is Sunday and tomorrow is, unfortunately, Monday.
Even more unfortunate has been a string of snowmobile accidents in Linn County recently, with a fatal accident reported near Coggon Friday night.
In another bad accident, Marion authorities responded to assist a 63-year-old Hiawatha man who had been hit by a truck after he had reportedly been walking in the road.
