Four Disorderly House Charges in Three Days: Marion Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Four disorderly house charges were issued in three days, according to the Marion Police Department.

Joseph Lee Smeltser, 21, and Heather Ann Hoskins, 19, were charged on April 7 for a disorderly house violation at a residence on Medowview Drive. Two days later, Skylar Cody Lee Ducker, 18, and Jesse Duane Woodring, 26, were charged on April 9 for a disorderly house at a residence on 10th Street.

April 7

Heather Ann Hoskins, 19, 1440 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged with holding a disorderly house and underage drinking at 1440 Medowview Drive.

Joseph Lee Smeltser, 21, 1440 Medowview Drive, was charged with holding a disorderly house at 1440 Medowview Drive.

Darryl Eugene Jackson, 43, Cedar Rapids, was charged with criminal trespassing at 515 Bentley Drive.

Nicholas Alexander Jones, 21, 340 Eighth Street, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated, drugged, third offense at the 3100 block of Seventh Avenue.

April 8

Austin Lee Digthon, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the corner of 29th Avenue and Ninth Street.

April 9

Dale James Anderson, 20, 552 Fifth Avenue, Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of Third Avenue and Seventh Street.

Skylar Cody Lee Ducker, 18, was charged with holding a disorderly house at 354 10th Street.

Jesse Duane Woodring, 26, 354 10th Street, Marion, was charged with holding a disorderly house at 354 10th Street.

Carla Mary Leslie, 1960 First Avenue, Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and arrested in conjunction with an outstanding arrest warrant at 1960 First Avenue.
