Amanda Sue Ruppel, 19, female, of 1481-14 Grand Ave., arrested at 5:51 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Tami Jo Boyd, 33, female, of Dubuque, arrested at 6:09 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with fourth-degree theft and driving without a license.

Jan. 23:

Kimberlie Kathleen Wolff, 25, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 10:35 a.m. at 3911 Katz Drive on a warrant.

Shawn Courtney Willis, 36, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 8:39 p.m. at 1410 Cherokee Drive, charged with domestic abuse assault.
