Linn County Enacts County-Wide Tow Ban
Extremely icy conditions have prompted the Linn County Sheriff's Office to put a tow ban in effect.
From Linn County:
"Because of the extremely icy conditions, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office will be
enacting a county-wide tow ban effective immediately on vehicles in the ditch and
disabled vehicles unless they pose a traffic hazard. We will continue to monitor the
weather and traffic conditions and let the motoring public know when it is safe to remove their vehicles."
