Man Seriously Injured in One-Vehicle Crash in Northeast Cedar Rapids

A 24-year-old man was transported to the hospital with serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday morning.

Police aren't releasing the man's name until family has been contacted, according to a statement from Cedar Rapids Police.

Police responded to the car crash at Ashton Place and C Ave NE at 11:20 a.m. this morning (March 29).

Police do not yet know the cause of the crash.
