Marion Police Arrest Man for Allegedly Driving with Suspended License, Metal Protuberance on Wheel
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Mechanicsville man Benjamin Samuel Groth, 27, was arrested by Marion Police for allegedly driving with a suspended license, violation of a restricted license, unauthorized use of projection on wheels, and not providing proof of insurance.
He was arrested on June 4 at 3:29 p.m.
Six others in Marion were also given various driving related charges between June 1 and 7.

Taylor James Boulet, 26, 2645 Second Avenue, Marion, was charged with driving while drugged/intoxicated, first offense and speeding at the 800 block of Grand Avenue.
Christopher John Wendling, 43, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 3 with driving with a suspended license, not providing proof of insurance and failure to secure a child at the 100 block of Third Avenue.

Jodi Marie Morahn, 34, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 2 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, second third offense, not providing proof of insurance, driving with a suspended license and improper use of lanes at the 200 block of Highway 100.
Thomas Donald Cleghorn, 30, 117 Southview Drive, Marion, was charged June 2 with driving while drunk/intoxicated, second offense, speeding and driving without registration, at the 1500 block of Blairs Ferry Road.
Jacob John Morey, 30, Cedar Rapids, was charged June 2 with driving while drunk/intoxicated, first offense and speeding, at the corner of Alburnett Road and Indian Creek Bridge.
Bruce Allen Bibbs, 42, 4845 Arlington Avenue, Marion, was charged June 1 with driving while drugged/intoxicated, third offense, driving with a barred lecense, habitual offender, driving without the vehicle owner’s consent, driving with a suspended license and interference with official acts at the corner of Highway 151 and 50th Street.
