Marion Man Charged with Domestic Assault and Possession of Synthetic Pot

Jan. 13

Travis John Debrower, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at 31 Street and Seventh Avenue.

Richard Eugene Bailey Senior, 40, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, operating without registration and not having proof of insurance, at the 300 block of Marion Boulevard. 

Tyler Ray Sharkey, 19, 3145 26 Avenue, Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display registered plates at the 2400 block of Seventh Avenue.

Stephanie Marie McNit, 19, 1485 Medowview Drive 7, Marion, was charged with failure to secure child and had a warrant for her arrest.

Jesse Allen Christman, 23, 3401 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness, synthetic cannabinoid and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 3041 Ninth Street.

Kendall Ray Stewart, 27,965 Valleyview Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain control and not having insurance, not accident related, at Derek Drive and Midway

Kevin Leoniza Johnson, 34, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without registration and unlawful use of driver’s license at the corner of  Blairs Ferry Road and Lindale Road.

Brenda Lee Ferrie, 48, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, unlawful use of drivers license and driving without registration, at the intersection of Tenth Street and McGowan Boulevard.

Kelsey Rae Bakkum, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated or drugged, first offense, and failure to maintain control while driving, underage possession of alcohol, and striking a fixture on the highway, at the 2400 Block of Eight Avenue.  

James Lewis Wallerich, 37, Marion, was charged with operating while intoxicated or drugged, second offense and failure to obey a traffic signal, at the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Lindale Drive.

Jesse Allen Christman, 23, 3941 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 3091 9 Ninth Street.

Jan. 15

Danielle Kay Bunting, 22, 1240 South Twelfth Street 3, Marion, was charged with driving with a revoked license, at the corner of East Post Road and Medowview Drive.

Julia Marlene Benters, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, at the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Park Place Northeast.

Richard William Bowman, 37, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a safety belt, at 1100 Block of Seventh Avenue.

Benjamin Christopher Bradshaw, 20, 2245 Sixth Avenue, Marion, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness, at 2245 Sixth Avenue.

Denvir Josef Robertson, 28, 6050 Dakota Drive, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and consumption in public/public intoxication, on the 900 block of Seventh Avenue.

Jan. 16

Wesley William Clay, 36, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to secure a child, at the corner of Park Avenue and Washington Drive. 

Richard Vincent Leavy, 49, 8090 Bently Drive 25, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, not having insurance, not accident related and failure to use headlamps, at the 700 Block of Eleventh Street.

Jan. 17

Tabitha Marion Schaul, 21, 989 Tenth Street, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, and child endangerment, at the 900 Block of Eleventh Street.

John Wilmer Vrba, 35, Robins, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic device, at the corner of Tenth Street and Twenty-Ninth Avenue.

Jan. 18

Adhali Larios-Hernandez, 25, Washington, was charged with driving with a suspended license, not having insurance, not accident related and failure to display registered plates, at the corner of First Street and Marion Boulevard.

Walter Henry Zeck II, 50 , Cedar Rapids, was charged with forgery at 2180 Seventh Avenue.
