ENCORE: Marion Police: Man Escorted Out of Apartment Complex, Allegedly Returns with Synthetic Pot

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Andrew Nicolas Rosa-Aguilar, a 20-year-old Marion man, was escorted out of an apartment complex by Marion Police after a complaint by the landlord.

Marion Police Sgt. Lance Miller said he complied peacefully.

However, Rosa-Aguilar came back that day, May 30, but so did the Marion Police. This time, Rosa-Aguilar was less cooperative, and allegedly ran from the police.

Miller said when the officers caught up to him, they found synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

All totaled, he was charged with possession of synthetic cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and criminal trespass.
