Baldwin Man Caught After Second Alleged Theft At Walmart

Marion police said 53-year-old Baldwin resident Tyrone Edward Pierce successfully stole a TV from the Marion on April 29.

But he didn’t stop there, according to Marion Police Detective Lance Miller.

He allegedly returned to two weeks later to steal another, albeit, less expensive item, though Miller said he was unaware of exactly what was stolen.

This time he was allegedly recognized from security camera footage and was charged with one count of third-degree theft and one count of fifth-degree theft.

Third-degree theft is an aggravated misdemeanor.
