Police: 'Family-Related Issues' Leads Marion Man to Threaten Attack with His Car

Marion Police say a domestic dispute over "family-related issues" lead to 36-year-old Eric Edward Harms, of Marion, threatening to run over another man with his car.
Marion Police charged Harms with first-degree harassment and assault, at 2085 First Ave., on June 10.
First-degree harassment is an aggravated misdemeanor.
