Marion Man Allegedly Violates No-Contact Order Twice in Two Days

David Lee Stackhouse, 52, of Marion, was charged with violating a no-contact order due to domestic abuse on two consecutive days last week, according to the Marion Police Department.

Stackhouse was charged last March 20 at 9:41 a.m. and March 21, at 11:57 p.m.

Violation of a no-contact order due to domestic abuse is a simple misdemeanor.

March 19

Robert Marshall Carter, 55, 2345 Fifth Avenue, Marion, was charged with public consumption/intoxication and had a warrant for his arrest, at 875 26th Street.

March 20

Kieth Woods, 44, 599 Seventh Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 2900 block of Seventh Avenue.

Pierre Rakheem Newton, 20, 4961 Tama Street, Marion, was charged with possession of a class five controlled substance, at the 4900 block of Tama Street.

Casey Clinton Myers, 37, Cedar Rapids, was charged with fifth degree theft at 200 Menard Lane.

Kris Lee Rutzbeck, 21, 2330 Seventh Avenue, Marion, was charged with assault at 2499 Seventh Avenue.

Darryl Eugene Jackson, 43, Cedar Rapids, was charged with criminal trespass at 515 Bentley Drive.

March 21

James Lewis Wallerich, 37, 1230 Linnview Drive, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, third offense, at the corner of the 600 block of Lindale Drive.

Lucas John Papesh, 31, 800 S Sixth Street, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, striking a fixture on a highway and reckless driving, at 340 Marion Boulevard.

Brett Christopher Thompson, 20, Solon, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the 200 block of 15th Street.

David Lee Stackhouse, 52, 296 Wroble Drive, Marion, was charged with a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 296 Wroble Drive.

March 22

Tracy Lyn Tomkins, 44, 2550 24th Street, Marion, was charged with driving while drugged/intoxicated, second offense, at the 1600 block of East Post Road.

Lane Kyle McMullen, 28, Anamosa, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness, at 2251 Pleasentview Drive.

Steven Cordale Baker, 24, 3120 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with first degree harassment and criminal trespass, at 998 Eighth Avenue.
