Marion OWI Arrests: April 13 - April 26

Michael Doublass Klima, 31, Center Point, was charged on April 13 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, second offense, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to use headlamps, at the corner of Highway 13 and East Kacena Avenue.

Charles David Potter, 33, 1950 East Post Road, Marion, was charged April 14 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, at the 500 block of 11th Street.

Victoria Tolsma, 50, 840 Keyes Court, Marion, was charged April 16 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, careless drying, improper use of lanes, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and interference with official acts.

Shawn Marie Bolden, 50, Cedar Rapids, was charged on April 19 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, third offense, at 400 Echo Hill Road.

Tracy Lyn Tomkins, 44, 2550 24th Street, Marion, was charged on April 26 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, second offense, driveng with a revoked license and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the corner of 10th Street and Bentley Drive.
