Jan. 18:
Teresa Ray Redmond, 24, female, of 6205 Prairie Ridge Ave., arrested at 6:58 p.m. at the same location on a warrant.
Troy Joseph Stougard, 39, male, of Linn County, arrested at 8:15 p.m. at Cottage Grove Avenue SE and East Post Road SE, charged with driving while barred-habitual offender.

Heather Renee Ottaway, 26, female, of 180 19th St., arrested at 11:52 p.m. at the 1300 block of Eighth Avenue, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
