ENCORE: Marion Police Blotter: 3 Arrested on Drug Charges

The following have also been arrested for drug related charges between May 18 and May 31.

Vance Frederick Barton, 45, 2365 Beryl Street, Marion, was charged May 21 with possession of controlled substance possession of drug paraphernalia and a disorderly house violation, at his home.

Scott Ray Abram, 23, Cedar Rapids, was charged May 22 with possession of a controlled substance at the 1500 block of Highway 100.

Todd Michael Shaffer, 18, Vinton, was charged May 27 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 775 Fairview Drive.
