Marion Police Blotter: Cedar Rapids Man Faces Nine Charges After Arrest
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

A Cedar Rapids man racked up a lengthy list of charges, including for drugs and alcohol, during his arrest last week.
Marion Police arrested Timothy Donald Crumbaugh, 42, of Cedar Rapids, and charged him with nine offenses on Jan. 22 at the 1800 block of Fifth Avenue.
Among the charges against him were driving while intoxicated - second offense, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts, driving with a suspended license, open container in the drivers side seat, not having insurance - not accident related, failure to maintain control and he had a warrant out for his arrest.

Jan. 19
Dillon Thomas Niles, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at the 800 block of Tenth Street.

Brian Adam Denemark, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Twelfth Street and Seventh Avenue.Â
Jan. 20
Jacob Russel Brown, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue.
Anthony William Cole, 25, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accent related, on the 400 Block of Seventh Avenue.
Jacob Eugene Hathcock, 18, 1200 Elm Street, Marion was charged with theft at 5491 Highway 151.
Jan. 21
William Arthur O’Brien, 50, 1640 Valleyview Drive, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the corner of Alexis Lane and Grand Avenue.
Travis Kirk McDermott, 23, Cedar Rapids was charged with possession of a controlled substance and consumption in public, public intoxication, at 90 Twixt Town Road.
Timothy Ray Peerz, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged with consumption in public and/or public intoxication, at the 400 Block of Fifteenth Street.
Samantha Kathy Ridgeway, 19, 775 Alpine Road, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the 300 Block of Fifth Avenue.Â

Patrick Michael Pahelen, 39, 1359 Apache Drive, Marion, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury, assault of an officer and interference with official acts, at 1359 Apache Drive.
Kathryn Ann Rommes, 50, Anamosa, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without registration at the corner of First Avenue Northeast.Â
Chinyelu Ayodele Monteiro, 40, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without registration, on 1625 Blairs Ferry Road.Â

John Matadoor Roddy Jr., 1450 Meadowview Drive, Marion, was charged with consumption in public/public intoxication, at the 1400 block of Meadowview Drive.
Brian Anthony Sibel, 24, 3094 C Avenue Ext, Marion, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, failure to obey traffic devices and not having insurance, not accident related.Â
Jan. 24
Mitchell Brice Followell, 42, was charged with public consumption/intoxication at 5491 Highway 151.Â
Eduardo Zelaya Jr., 30, 100 Twenty-Seventh Street, Marion, was charged with domestic assault causing serious injury or mental illness at 100 Twenty-Seventh Street.Â
Jan. 25
Brandon Michael Logan, 24, 555 Bentley Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at the corner of Boyson road and Geode Street.
Frank Lavern Guthrie, 61, 1050 Grand Avenue, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the corner of Highway 100 and Forty-Fourth Street.
Jan. 26
Alexandra Jayne Bachman, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, and driving with an expired license, at the 3500 block of Highway 151.
David Lee Stackhouse, 52, Davenport, was charged consumption in public/public intoxication and a violation of a no contact order for domestic abuse, at the corner of Morris Drive and Normandy Drive.
