Marion Police Blotter: Harassment, No Contact Order Violations, Public Intoxication

From Marion Police Department:

Nathan Michael Schmidt, 26, of 555-10 Bentley Drive in Marion, was arrested on two counts of violating a no contact order for domestic abuse at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 at his home.

James Eric Schliemann, 54, of 690-32 Bentley Drive in Marion, was arrested for public intoxication at 2:45 p.m. on Nov. 5 at 3370 Seventh Ave.

Wendi Christine Clark, 49, of 640-1 Bentley Drive in Marion, was arrested for fifth-degree theft and interference with official acts at 7:08 p.m. on Nov. 5 at 640 Bentley Drive.

Jacob Nicolas Brummer, 21, of 762 Gateway St. NE in Cedar Rapids, was arrested for driving without a valid license and no insurance at 12:24 a.m. on Nov. 6 at the 400 block of Seventh Ave.

Bryon Daryle Wooten, 41, 460 Hilltop Road in Marion, was arrested for harassment at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 6 at home.
