Marion Police Blotter: Marion Man Charged with Buying Meth Ingredients

Nov. 18

Monica Sue Wilcke, 44, 1759 Galway Drive, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Colby Tyler Gibson, 25, 308 S 15th Street, violation of pseudoephedrine restrictions and drug possession of ephedrine products.

Emily Marie Woods, 27, Walker, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain control, open container violation and no insurance, accident related.

Robert Anthony Butler, 24, Springvile, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Nov. 20

Adam John Folken, 27, Springville, was charged with consumption in public/public intox.

Andrew Robert Deangelo, 27, Hiawatha, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and an open container violation.

Ian Morgan Caesar Daraves, 19, 365 Neta Drive, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphenalia and keeping a disorderly house.

Lukas Kyle Niedert, 21, Iowa City, was charged with harassment.

Joanna Ruth Weber, 23, 2655 Pennington Drive, was charged with harassment of a public official and a false report to law enforcement.

Alissa Nichole Vaughan, 21, was charged with driving with a suspended license, no insurance, not accident related and littering on a highway.

Ryan Thomas Beattie, 18, Cedar Rapids, possession of a controlled substance and providing false identification.

Richard Kevin Gordon, 55, 447 Erin Drive, was charged with driving while lisence revoked.

Robert Scott Smallwood, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged with assault.

Nov. 22

Ryan Jay Black, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance, not accident related.

Robert Scott Smallwood, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged with violation of no contact order from domestic abuse.

Nov. 23

Brandon William Gaul, 26, Monticello, was charged with theft.

Nichole J'NePeterson, 27, Monticello, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dillon Lee Graf, Monticello, 17 was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Nov. 24

Paul Wayne Cassady, 37, 1671 Jackson Drive, was charged with simple domestic assault.

Mark Jay Miller, 4002 Winslow Road, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and having no proof of insurance.
