Marion Police Blotter: 11 Charged with Possession of Controlled Substance in One Week

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

 

Nov. 10

Wendy Jo Stoeker, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, schedule five, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.

Wayne Eldee Friend, Marion, was charged with domestic assualt with bodily injury or mental illness.

Raymond James Elkins, Center Point, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving without registration and fraudulent use of registration.

Tyler Jameson Postgate, Bradenton, was charged with gatherings where controlled substances are unlawfully used.

Jeremy James Lee, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, schedule five and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen Ray Ottaway, Marion, was charged with assault.

John Joseph Jenney, Marion, was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree.

Joseph Bradley Lyse, Cedar Rapids, was charged with failure to display registered plates, no insurance not accident related, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a barred license, habitual offender.

Nov. 8

Ryan Patrick Lazenby, Marion, was charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of controlled substance, schedule five, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.

Christopher Benjamin Fischer, Marion,was charged with possession of controlled substance, schedule five, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly house.

Nov. 7

Roy William England III, Marion, was charged with gatherings where controlled substances are unlawfully used and disorderly house.

Cody Joel Hall, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

David Dale Weaver, Marion, was charged with a drug tax stamp violation, two counts of possession of controlled substance with the intent to distribute, manufacture of marajuana and gatherings where controlled substances are unlawfully used.

Paul Zachary Feller, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, persons under age consuming and an open container violation.

Amy Elizabeth Showalter, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, schedule one and disorderly house.

Jennifer Renee Miller, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, schedule five.

Curtis Joel Grandon, Linn County, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, schedule five.

Ryan Andrew Hardman, Marion, was charged with assault on a police officer and consumption in public, public intox.

Nov. 5

Brian Joseph McGregor, Cedar Rapids, was charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, and driving without a license.

Nov. 4

James Timothy Walker, Marion, was charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, failure to obey traffic control devices and driving no insurance, not accident related.

Nathaniel Bryson Haynes, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, schedule five, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
