Marion Police Blotter: Two Marion Residents Charged with Sexual Abuse

Nov. 10

Hawa Darbo, 40, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, and no insurance not accident related.

Dale James Anderson, 19, 552 15th Street Northwest, Marion, was charged with fifth degree theft.

Stephen Anthony Gomez, 14, Marion, was charged with fifth degree theft.

Nov. 11

Dalton Ali Whitcher-Underwood, 16, Marion, was charged with second degree sexual abuse.

Andrew Jon Steepleton, 19, 655 Meadow Ridge BL, Marion, was charged wtih driving with a suspended license.

Lin Marie Brown, 35, Cedar Rapids, was charged with theft.

Eric Allen Boyer, 29, 387 11th St, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 12

Douglas Nathaniel Coleman, 36, Cedar Rapids, was charged with posession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 13

Charles Hayes Odom, 36, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a barred lisence, habitual offender, providing false identification, speeding and operating while intoxicated/drugged, third offense.

Nov. 14

April Lee Schoonover, 26, 860-33 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged, second offense.

Issac Gallegos, 29, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, not providing proof of insurance and providing false identification.

Nov. 15

Marie Jill Sisco, 32, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not providing proof of insurance.

Jeremy Michael Brislawn, 22, 305 Second Street South, was charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance, not accident related.

Nov. 16

Matthew Darwin Ammeter, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated/drugged and a driver-side open container violation.

Shawn Robert Wilkerson, 34, 387 11th Street, Marion, was charged with third degree sexual abuse. 

Nov. 17

David Albert Jackson, 54, 4681-3 Vasey Avenue, Marion, was charged with two counts of violating a domestic abuse no contact order.
