Marion Police Blotter: Woman Charged With Driving On Wrong Side of Highway

Patrick Michael Phelan, 36, 1359 Apatche Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic light.

Justine Michelle Baldwin, 24, 1375 Black Hawk Drive, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Steven Micheal Almond, 23, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Robert Earl Packingham, 41, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Lane Patrick Butterfield, 39, Anamosa, was charged with public consumption/intox.

Taylor Rose Gray, 19, Anamosa, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Stratton Borbes Mazwell West, 18, 4505 Lyons Drive, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, possession of drug paraphernalia and an open container violation.

Paige Marie Baxter, 31, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged and driving on the wrong side of the highway.

Anthony Joseph Hobel, 30, 3535 28th Avenue, Marion, was charged with theft.

Felicia Dawn Rupe, 20, Center Point, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Shawn Michael Ralston, 28, Center Point, was charged with an open container violation and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

Matthew Daniel Pregler, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, and driving without registration.

Shayna Marie Bark, 26, 937 20th Street, Marion was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged and not having proof of insurance..

Justin Micheal Thomas, 21, Anamosa, was charged with driving with a suspended license, not having proof of insurance, not accident related and failure to display registered plates.

Cody Ross Estrem, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Ryan Blaze, 18, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Xavier Schools, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 14

Nathan Joe Reynolds, 19, 241 13th Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, and not having proof of insurance, not accident related.

Jeffrey Michael Edmunds, 27, 990-4 Grand Avenue, Marion, was charged with public intox/consumption.
