Assault and Public Intoxication: Marion Police Blotter

May 31:
Jonathon Donald Ely, 24, male, of Dundee, N.Y., arrested at 4:43 p.m. at Marion Boulevard and Twixt Town Road, charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Richard Falls, 32, male, of 900 26th St., arrested at 4:47 p.m. at Marion Boulevard and Twixt Town Road on a warrant, charged with failure to use safety belts.
Justin J. Perry, 25, male, of Bradford, N.Y., arrested at 5:09 p.m. at Marion Boulevard and Twixt Town Road, on a warrant.
Zachary Lee Adams, 30, male, of 5460 Mohawk Ave., arrested at 8:39 p.m. at the 218 block of Normandy Drive, charged with two counts of assault and one count of consumption in public/intoxication.
Nicole Marie Harris, 26, female, of 253 Lortz Drive, arrested at 8:39 p.m. at the 218 block of Normandy Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
