Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Charges: Marion Police Blotter

May 30:
Deborah Myna-Diane Franks, 48, female, of 3080-2 Eighth St., arrested at 4:30 p.m. at First Street and Marion Boulevard, charged with driving while license under suspension and operating without registration.
Austin Daniel Plante, 21, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 4:49 p.m. at the 300 block of Marion Boulevard, charged with driving while license under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Michael Poggenpohl, 32, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 9:19 p.m. at the 700 block of 12th Street, charged with driving while license under suspension and failure to use safety belts.
May 31:
Kenneth Dean Weaver Jr., 46, male, of Anamosa, arrested at 10:24 a.m. at 4835 10th Ave., charged with second-degree theft.
Kelly Colleen Love, 44, female, of 925-C 10th St., arrested at 2:20 p.m. at Seventh Avenue and Ninth Street, charged with driving while license under suspension.
