North Liberty Woman Charged with Reckless Use of Fire/Explosive
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Thirty-one-year-old Erika Marletta Visger was charged last Monday, with reckless use of fire and/or explosives at 580 Ninth Street.
The incident happened at 12:52 a.m. on February 13. Reckless use of fire is defined by Iowa Code as the use of fire or explosive devise that could "recklessly endanger the property or safety" of a person.
Reckless use of fire is a serious misdemeanor.

Feb. 11
Edward Deandre Ash, 21, Coalville, was charged with driving with a suspended license and without registration, at the 4700 block of First Avenue.
Mark Eugen Hartman, 53, 1501 First Avenue, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended licence and without insurance, not accident related, at the 1300 block of Sixth Avenue.
Katherine Ann Greene, 28, Springville, was charged with theft at 5491 Highway 151.
Feb. 12
Rebecca Lutgen Gardner, 42, 4355 Windmere Way, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated, drugged, first offense and failure to use headlights, on the 500 block of Seventh Avenue.
Cody Joel Hal, 18, 777 Fourth Avenue, was charged with a drug tax stamp violation, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 777 Fourth Avenue.
Gabriel Anthony McNitt, 18, 1485 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged with public consumption/intox, at 777 Fourth Avenue.
Amber Dawn Solecki, 25, 275 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the 200 block of Ninth Street.
Heather Lynn Shelly, 31, 2125 Fifth Avenue, Marion, was charged with driving with a revoked license at the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Lindale Drive.
Feb. 13
Courtney Alexandria Harris, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the 100 block of Marion Boulevard.
Joshua David Clarke, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the 400 block of Marion Boulevard.
Timothy Donald Crumbaugh, 42, Cedar Rapids, was charged with interference with official acts and driving with a suspended license and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at South Fifteenth Street and Grand Avenue.
Jeffrey Howard Wooten, 49, 500 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with disorderly house, 500 Bentley Drive.Â

Christian Marie Hood, 20, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the 300 block of Sixth Avenue.
Charles Edward Moore, 22, 5580 Lucore Road, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the corner of Second Street and Eighth Avenue.
Feb. 15
Christopher Craig Welch, 20, Mount Vernon, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the 3500 block of Highway 151.
Dossell Christopher Carter, 23, 555 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 555 Bentley Drive.
Feb. 16
William Ernest Charles Maker, 18, 9 Ash Drive, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged and possession of a controlled substance, at the 3300 block of Seventh Avenue.
Jason Timothy Levelle, 26, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the 300 block of Marion Boulevard.
