John Michael Fekete, 21, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of 31st Street and Seventh Avenue.

Jamie Lynn McFarland, 44, 5095 Winnebago Avenue, was charged with driving with a suspended license, no insurance, not accident related and having a defective muffler, at the corner of First Street and Fifth Avenue.

March 17

Kendu Ray Petties, 28, 965 ValleyView Drive, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, at the corner of 100 Highway and Menard Lane.

Ronita Ann Zachary, 33, Cedar Rapids, was charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, child endangerment, not having insurance, not accident related, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign, at the corner of Marion Boulevard and Twixit Town Road.

Stephen James Stampka, 22, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain registered plates and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 600 Block of Seventh Avenue.

Shayna Marie Bark, 27, 931 20th Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 600 block of Seventh Avenue.

March 18

Diana May Hogan, 40, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, at 585 Fifth Avenue.

March 19

Samuel Dean Vassar, 22, was charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to use safety belts ad not having insurance, not accident related and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, on the 400 Block of Seventh Avenue.

Jessica Marie Vega, 19, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license at the corner of 35th Street and Seventh Avenue.

Ryan Michael Neal, 23, Central City, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree at 1100 Eagleview Drive.
