Police: Cedar Rapids Man Shot Victim While Family Still Home

Cedar Rapids Police have just released the names of the alleged victim and shooter in the Saturday shooting of a 39-year-old Cedar Rapids man.Â
Police say the shooting began as a disagreement between two neighbors, 42-year-old Joseph Pham, and 39-year-old Brian Wilson, in Wilson's home.
Pham allegedly shot Wilson in the torso while members of his family were still in his home, then left and went back to his home.

Police arrived at the scene of the shooting at approximately 8:11 p.m. and found Wilson, who was sent to St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, according to police.
At 10:30 p.m. that night, police say Pham stepped out of his home to speak to police.

He was taken to Linn County Jail after being charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of intimidation with a deadly weapon.
