Police: Marion Man Violates No Contact Order 3 Times
Arrest do not indicate convictions.

Marion Police arrested a man last week they say violated a no contact order for domestic abuse three times.
Nathan Michael Schmidt, 25, of 1405-2 Meadowview Drive in Marion, was arrested for the violations on Nov. 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Christopher Lee Hatch, 3282 Campfire Road in Walker, was arrested for driving with a suspended license at 3:18 p.m. on Nov. 16 at Alburnett Road and Geode Street.
Luis Mario Fernandez, 30, of 2925 Johnson Ave. NW in Cedar Rapids, was arrested for theft at 4:43 p.m. on Nov. 16 at Marion Walmart.

A 15-year-old Marion boy was arrested for unlawful assembly at 4:43 p.m. on Nov. 16 at 15th Street and First Avenue.

Devon Brooke Lovell, 33, of 1394 G Ave. NE in Cedar Rapids, was arrested for fourth-degree theft at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 16 at Menards.
Dawn Marie Rocarek, 30, of 860-6 Magnolia Ln., was arrested for drunken/drugged driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to dsiplay regulation plates at 12:02 a.m. on Nov. 17 at the 700 block of 10th Street.
