Marion Police: Nine Charged with Possession in Six Days

The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

The  charged nine people with possession of a controlled substance over a six-day period.

According to documents from the Marion police, the following were charged between May 11 and May 17:

Charles Davis Cook, 42, 1240 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged May 11 with drug possession and delivery, in addition to possession of a controlled substance of 1240 Medowview Drive.

Jeffery Wayne Grimm, 37, 2981 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged May 11 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs, at his home.

Jared Clay Culver, 21, 3150 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license at the 2900 block of Ninth Street.

Alisha Marie Bartling, 29, 690 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged May 12 with possession of a controlled substance at her home.

Christopher Alan Merritt, 234 Normandy Drive, Marion, was charged May 17 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 136 Cedar Drive.

Colt Douglas Martin, 20, 136 Cedar Drive, Marion, was charged May 17 with possession of a controlled substance, a disorderly house violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, at his home.

Jessi Rae Peyton, 18, 136 Cedar Drive, Marion, was charged May 17 with possession of a controlled substance, a disorderly house violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, at her home.

Joshua Scott Tuecke, 19, 136 Cedar Drive, Marion, was charged May 17 with possession of a controlled substance, a disorderly house violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, at his home.

Dalton Patrick Claypool, 19, 365 Neta Drive, Marion, was charged May 12 with possession of a controlled substance and keeping a disorderly house, at his home.
