Michael Robertson, Jr., 20, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 7:13 p.m. at 10th Street and McGowan Boulevard, charged with driving with license suspended.

Kayla Marie Streevy, 18, female, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 9:26 p.m. at East Post Road and Meadowview Drive, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to use safety belts.
