Possession of a Controlled Substance and Theft Charges: Marion Police Blotter

Feb. 9:

Wade Scott Houston, 22, male, of 295 Third Ave., arrested at 1:18 a.m. at the 500 block of Third Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jesse Richard Flitsch, 25, male, of Central City, arrested at 11:39 a.m. at 670-24 Bentley Drive, charged with second-degree theft.

Kevin Wilson, 29, male, of 2345 10th Ave., arrested at 4:24 p.m. at 10th Street and Central Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while barred - habitual offender.

Feb. 10:

Lukas Wayne Cummins, 22, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3:55 p.m. at the 1000 block of Highway 100, charged with possession of a controlled substance and operating a non-registered vehicle.

Jeffrey Lavern Martin, 50, male, of 530-10 Bentley Drive, arrested at 5:06 p.m. at 560 Bentley Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
