Prospect Meadows Wants to Delay Agreement for Athletic Complex
The group wants to have until April 1 before filing an official notice to proceed.

Developers of a softball and baseball complex in Marion are hoping to delay a contract for 121 acres owned by Linn County again, KCRG reports.
Prospect Meadows said they want to ask Linn County Supervisors for an amendment to a contract that would give them until April Fool's Day to file a notice of its intent to proceed with a project to construct 17 baseball and softball diamonds, according to KCRG.
According to the Gazette, the problem is logistical and doesn't have anything to do with financing.Â
