Seven Charges for Hiawatha Man: Marion Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Marion Police. It does not indicate a conviction.
June 17:
Paul James Vigliotti, 49, male, of 257 Lortz Drive, arrested at 6:12 p.m. at the same location, charged with violation of a no contact or protection order.
Marilyn Jo Kriegel, 54, female, of 2681 Fifth Ave., arrested at 6:30 p.m. at 1899 Seventh Ave., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Aaron Anthony Rickels, 32, male, of 109 Birch Drive, arrested on a warrant at 7:15 p.m. at the same location.
June 18:
Brent Allen Johnston, 28, male, of 1674 Eighth St. N.W., arrested at 5:34 p.m. at Highway 100 and South 22nd Street, charged with driving while barred - habitual offender.
June 19:
Dustin Michael Whitford, 29, male, of Hiawatha, arrested at 3:16 a.m. at 190 21st St., charged with assault, eluding police, reckless driving, driving while license under suspension, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession - ephedrine product.
