16-Year-Old Marion Resident Charged with First-Degree Harassment

A Marion teen was charged with first degree harassment at 3111 10th Street.

The 16-year-old was arrested 12:01 a.m. last Feb. 24. We are not naming the the teen because he/she is underage.

First degree harassment is an aggravated misdemeanor.

Feb. 24

A 17-year-old Cedar Rapids resident was charged with driving with a suspended license and failing the window/windshield requirements, at the 700 block of 10th Street.

Feb. 25

Rush Montel Kane, 19, 992 Eighth Street, Marion, was charged with drinking under the legal age at 204 10th Street.

Derrick Nicholas Starr, 30, 185 School Street, Marion, was charged with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense and failure to maintain control, at 335 Marion Boulevard.

Jason Lee McAllister, 41, 2005 Twenty-Fourth Street, Marion, was charged with fifth degree theft at 2790 Seventh Avenue.

Feb. 26

Shawon Michael Drake, 21, 2930 Fifth Street, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license, at the 800 block of 10th Street.

Jeremy Spencer Wisely, 31, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having proof of insurance, at the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Hilltop Road.

Jose Francisco Guzman, 24, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and speeding, at the 200 block of Third Avenue.

Jacob Jedediah Heims, 24, Dundee, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Highway 13 and Highway 151.

Feb. 27

Ashley Marie Pledge, 25, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic device, at the corner of 31 Street and Seventh Avenue.

Michael Sherman Shird, 44, Dubuque, was charged with assault at the 700 block of Seventh Avenue.

Lane Patrick Butterfield, 40 Anamosa, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, failure to use safety belts and no insurance, not accident related at the 400 block of Lindale Drive.

Feb. 28

Minani Eliya, 21, 465 Grand Avenue, Marion, was charged with fifth degree theft, at 5491 Highway 151.

Feb. 29

Franke Carl Straub, 61, Cedar Rapids, was charged with driving with a barred license, habitual offender, at the 400 block of Fifth Avenue.

Bryanna Lyn Pflughaupt, 21, Central City, was charged with fifth degree theft at 200 Menard Lane.

March 1

Nicole Marie Meister, 40, 1405 McGowen Boulevard, Marion, was charged with driving while drugged/intoxicated, improper brake light, debris on highway and speeding, at the corner of Keyes Court and Marion Boulevard.

Tamica Sharday Baker, 24, Chapelridge Court, Marion, was charged with driving with a suspended license and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the 3700 Block of Munier Road.

Christopher Nathan Burkart, 40, Mount Vernon, was charged with driving with a revoked license at the 2200 block of Highway 100.
