Denise Stapley, a sex therapist from Cedar Rapids, was declared the winner of the realty TV game show on the Sunday night finale. Lisa Whelchel, Michael Skupin, Malcolm Freberg were the other finalists.
This comes "after 39 days, 15 Tribal Councils, 14 episodes, and 2 Russell Swan meltdowns," according to Entertainment Weekly.
