Theft and Drunk Driving Charges: Marion Police Blotter

Feb. 5:

Christopher Navar Dahlhauser, 18, male, of Iowa City, arrested at 5:33 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with fourth-degree theft.

D'Shon Montrell Grigsby, 22, male, of 1260-4 Meadowview Drive, arrested at 8:19 p.m. at the same location on a warrant.

Jeremy Tobias Brown, 36, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 8:54 p.m. at Highway 100 and East Post Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree, no insurance and excessive speed (auto).

Feb. 6:

Emily Anne Kehoe, 21, female, of 1270 Maplecrest Drive, arrested at 1:19 a.m. at the 200 block of Marion Blvd., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree, driving while license suspended, no insurance and excessive speed (auto).

Russell Wayne Bumbarger, 82, male, of 2231 Fourth Ave., arrested at 10:30 a.m. at the 2900 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with driving with license suspended and failure to yield upon entering highway.
