Matthew Ryan Mastin, 24, male, of Hiawatha, arrested at 1:33 p.m. at 128 Cedar Drive on a warrant and charged with interference with official acts.

Sherry Lynn Formaro, 48, female, of 1501-B2 First Ave., arrested at 4:04 p.m. at 3345 Lennon Lane on a warrant and charged with fifth-degree theft.

Jamie Allen Medulan, 38, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 4:10 p.m. at 200 Menard Lane, charged with third-degree theft and criminal trespass.

Gary Edward Breckenridge, 69, male, of Dubuque, arrested at 11:50 p.m. at 5491 Highway 151, charged with criminal trespass and first-degree fraudulent practices.
