Jan. 29:

Gabriel Anthony McNitt, 19, male, of 877 15th Ave., arrested at 3:16 a.m. at the 600 block of Bentley Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Lawrence Richard Michaels Jr., 33, male, of 2120-B Fourth Ave., arrested at 10:20 p.m. at 3370 Seventh Ave., charged with second-degree theft.

Jan. 30:

Brandon Michael White, 22, male, of 921 Williams Drive, arrested at 2:09 p.m. at 850 27th St., charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon Noe Reyes, 33, male, of 970 26th St., arrested at 5:48 p.m. at the 1200 block of Seventh Avenue, charged with driving with license revoked, failure to use headlamps when required and no insurance.

Jan. 31:

Skylar John Smith, 26, male, of Mount Vernon, arrested at 5:34 p.m. at 200 Menard Lane, charged with fourth-degree theft.
