Theft: Five Charged by Marion Police in One Week
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

The have charged five with various theft charges over the last week, while four were charged with various possession charges.
According to documents from the Marion Police Department, the following have been charged from the time period between April 27 and May 3.
Paige McCarthy Robinson, 31, 1385 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged April 28 with fifth degree theft at 1385 Medowview Drive.

Derek James Triplett, 27, Cedar Rapids, was charged April 27 with fourth degree theft at 2801 29th Avenue.
Carrianne Amling, 35, Cedar Rapids, was charged  May 1 with Theft in the Fifth Degree at 5941 Highway 151.

Gabriel Anthony McNitt, 18, 1035 29th Street, Marion, was arrested  May 1 on an outstanding arrest warrant at 1035 29th Street.
Gabriel Anthony McNitt, 18, 1400 Medowview Drive, was arrested May 1 with an outstanding arrest warrant, at 1400 Medowview Drive.
Possession
Nathan Alan Huisenga, 18, 2390 Pebble Creek Drive, Marion, was charged April 27 with possession of a controlled substance.
Victoria Ann Clair, 19, 790 Bentley Drive, Marion, was charged May 3 with possession of drug paraphernalia at 790 Bentley Drive.
Zachary James, Ludvik, 20, Waverly, was charged May 1 with possession of drug paraphernalia at the corner of Blairs Ferry Road and Lindale Drive.
Aubrey Lynn Sutton, 34, 1525 Eighth Avenue, Marion, was charged April 29 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 600 block of 8th Avenue.
