Traffic Violations: Four Charged with OWI and Driving With a Suspended License
The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

The have charged eight with various traffic charges over the last week, including four OWIs and license violations.
According to documents from the Marion Police Department, the following have been charged from the time period between April 27 and May 3.
Gregory B Cantaberry Jr, 21, Hiawatha, was charged April 29, with driving while drugged/intoxicated, second offense, violation of restricted license and driving without registration at the 700 block of 8th Avenue.

Zachary Glen Green, 23, 217 Midway Drive, Marion, was charged April 29 with driving while drugged/intoxicated, at the 3400 block of Medowview Drive.
Nicole Alisha Baker, 23, Marion, was charged May 1 with driving with a revoked license at the 1200 block of Medowview Drive.

Jamie Allen Washburn, 40, Alburnett, was charged April 30 with driving while drugged/intoxicated, second offense and not having insurance, not accident related, at the 400 block of Lindale Drive.
Mark Allen Shaw, 48, Kellog, was charged May 3 with driving with a suspended license and not having proof of insurance, at the 1200 block of Medowview Drive.
Andre Lamar Gervin, Cedar Rapids, 23, was charged April 27 with driving with a suspended license, excessive speeding, and was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant, at 2200 block Grand Avenue.
Kaitlin Sue Vanroekel, 55, Cedar Rapids, was charged April 27 with driving with a suspended license and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of 1 Avenue Northeast and Collins Road Northeast.
David Lee Stackhouse, 52, 3300 block of 10th Avenue, Marion, was charged April 27 with driving while intoxicated/drugged, first offense, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, an open container violation and not having insurance, not accident related, at the corner of Highway 14 and Highway 151.
