Violating No Contact Order, False ID — Marion Police Blotter

 made the following arrests in the period between Aug. 10 and Sept. 6:

Britny Cristine Shaffer, 22, 289 14th Street, Marion, was charged Aug. 16 with a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 289 14th Street.

Fredrick Tyrone Parrott, 3115 Eighth Street, Marion, was charged Sept. 2 with harassment of a public official and a disorderly house violation, at 3115 Eighth Street.

Melvin Hoyt Roberts Jr, 1355 Third Avenue, Marion, was charged Aug. 17 with a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 107 35th Street.

Rodney Lynn Hunt, 43, Cedar Rapids, was charged Sept. 3 with a violation of a no contact order due to domestic abuse, at 2021 Agate Street.

Zachary James Gerdes, 20, 2270 Timber Creek Drive, Marion, was charged Sept. 5 with providing false identification at the 600 block of Blairs Ferry Road.

Zi Ron Odell Levi, 19, 2901 Ninth Street, Marion, was charged Sept. 2 with having a disorderly house, at his home.

Sherry Lynn Formaro, 48, 1300 Medowview Drive, Marion, was charged Sept. 2 with interference with official acts, at 1960 First Avenue.

William D Clark, 34, Farmington, was charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian, driving with a suspended license and not having proof of insurance, not accident related, at the corner of 10th Street and 29th Avenue.
