Aloft Gallery Holds Holiday Open House This Weekend

If you're looking to get a jump start on your holiday shopping, this weekend might just be your chance.

The Aloft Gallery is holding its annual Holiday Open House this weekend in the barn at , 32513 Ute Ave.

Wendy Rounds, co-owner of the Aloft Gallery, said the open house is one of the gallery's final hurrahs before winter weather sets in.

"We'll be closing for the season soon so we're clearing out a lot so we don't have to pack it all up," Rounds said. "We have all kinds of things for sale. We have a line of couture hats for babies and other baby items, aprons...we'll have a lot of jewelry on sale and my line of dog clothes."

Rounds said this isn't just a chance to clean house. In true holiday fashion, Aloft will have Christmas items for sale along with door prizes, treats and artist demonstrations.

"It's going to be really festive," Rounds promised. "We're really excited about Christmas and we've made everything all decorative to get in the mood."

The Aloft Gallery Holiday Open House will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m.
